Adult ADHD Support

Have ADHD or suspect you might?

Are you driven to succeed but feel you’ve never reached your potential?

Do you bounce from one idea to the next, often feeling frustrated or a fraud?

Do you struggle to regulate your emotions, get gripped by self-doubt, or fail to stay focussed?

You’re in the right place.

As an ADHD coach and therapist, mental health first-aider and fellow owner of a neuro-diverse brain, I get it. Drawing on my own experiences and strategies, I can help you challenge these feelings and the way you use your brain. We’ll unpack the strain that ‘fitting in’ has had on you, and coach you to harness your brain’s real power going forward.

How can I help you thrive?

You might be looking for long-term therapy to process your ADHD experiences or diagnosis, or you might want some ADHD-focused coaching to help you move forward.

Perhaps you’re seeking some one-off advice following a diagnosis, or an ADHD-sympathetic sounding board for a business idea.

I’m here to call bullsh*t on many common coping strategies, introduce some self-compassion, and provide real support and tools based on how your brain – not the rest of the room – works.
