  • Living with ADHD can be tough for both partners. This talk will share information about how the person without ADHD should support their partner, and vice versa. What each individual needs in order live comfortably together as a team despite differences that may have.

    We'll go over strategies which allow you identify your strengths so they don't get lost under all the challenging symptoms.

  • Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder is a mental condition that is characterised by problems with focus, impulsiveness, and activity level. People with ADHD may have trouble paying attention, controlling impulsive behaviours, or be excessively active.

    In this talk I address the mis-understanding of ADHD. Discuss up-to-date research and how to work with the ADHD brain and not against it. The talk is suitable for anyone who wants to learn more about this mental condition.

  • In any workplace, it's important to be aware of the needs of all employees and to make reasonable accommodations to ensure that everyone can do their best work. This is especially true when working with colleagues who have ADHD.

    In this talk I discuss creating a supportive environment for everyone. Developing understanding and patients. Providing structure and clear expectations.

    When struggling with a mental health concern like depression or anxiety, it's important to consider which professionals would be more appropriate.

    In this talk, I discuss the differences between coaching and therapy and when its appropriate to seek help.
