I’ve knowingly lived with ADHD for over 30 years.
As one of the first people ever diagnosed with ADHD in the UK, I have lived with its challenges and frustrations. I have also come to realise the utter brilliance of ADHD that so often gets buried.
That’s why I developed my ADHD Coaching Programme - to help other ADHD-ers partner with their brains, not against them.
